Please use code 2122 to open the doors on Monday - Sunday before 8:00 am or after 8:00 pm. 

If main entrance is closed off, please use the metal doors (entrance from back of parking lot) and use code 1963# after hours.

*If your booking is at the Mint Room, this is our sister studio located at 300 Campbell Ave Unit# 300.

ELEVATORS
Our freight elevator is located just next to the service entrance (between the bathrooms on the first floor) We do suggest calling in the morning to ensure the elevator is operating. As a request, please email Mint Room (hello@mintroom.ca) or call (647) 977-2793 at least 48 hours before your photoshoot.

SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR MOVING FURNITURE, DAMAGES & OVERTIME CHARGES
If you are bringing a pet please note there is a $300 deposit and $50 charge. It must be collected before access to the studio.

FINDING OUR STUDIO
213 Sterling Road is a 2-story brown building across the street from the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA).

The entrance and parking are found on the north side of the building. Visitor parking is located to the left of the main entrance (north side of the building and paid parking is in effect for this section) . You are welcome to use the 3 reserved Preto Loft parking spots found before the main entrance.

Parking is on a first come first serve basis and may be limited, along with detours and construction in the city to be accounted for. We strongly recommend that you arrive early to find a suitable parking spot or consider using public transportation if possible. 

There is a paid parking lot across the street at T3 Sterling buildings (next to MOCA).  It is a short 1-2 minute walk to the building entrance.

Building hours are from Monday to Sunday 8 am to 8 pm - anytime outside of these hours you will use the intercom system to enter the building.Please ensure to forward this to all your guests, to ensure they are aware of after after-hours entrance.

Please do not park on the south side of the building, it is for employees only and you require a fob to be let out!

Please do not park anywhere assigned to another company or without a parking pass, parking is subject to change and at times can be taken. 

Once you enter please take the black staircase located at the end of the hall up to Unit 212 for Preto Loft which you will find on your left at the top of the stairs. Washrooms are down the hall to your right when at the top of the stairs.
