Mint Room Studios has MULTIPLE ROOMS on different floors

• Unit 300 has our Ballroom, Conservatory, Lounge, and Library studios. 

• Unit 301 has our Salon, Kitchen and Sanctuary studios. 

• Unit 212 has our White Loft and Nest Studio studios.

*If your booking is at the Preto Loft, this is our sister studio located at 213 Sterling Rd Unit 212. Please ensure all guests are aware of the correct studios and addresses to save check-in time upon arrival.

PARKING
There is free street parking along Campbell Ave, just south of our building.

Please note that parking directly in front of the Clock Factory building has a one-hour limit on weekdays.

If your photoshoot is longer than 1 hour Mon-Fri, we suggest that you park on Symington Avenue (west of Campbell), on Campbell south of Antler, or Antler Street. Please ensure to pay attention to street signs. Parking does change over on Thursdays.

ELEVATORS
Our freight elevator is for equipment only and must be operated by a studio attendant. Please give us a call once you arrive for our team to assist you. We do suggest calling in the morning to ensure the elevator is operating. As a request, please email Mint Room (hello@mintroom.ca) or call (647) 977-2793 at least 48 hours before your photoshoot.

SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR MOVING FURNITURE, DAMAGES & OVERTIME CHARGES
If you are bringing a pet please note there is a $300 deposit and $50 charge. It must be collected before access to the studio.
